Problem Note 55016: The getUsersByGroupOrRole function might incorrectly return no users for a role in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

In SAS Enterprise Case Management, you can specify the Custom Page Builder function getUsersByGroupOrRole in your UI (user interface) definition file to return a list of users in a group or role. However, this function might incorrectly return an empty list when you specify a role for the argument.
There is no workaround for the problem.
